How to get help during the 7-day paid VULK trial. There is no perpetual free tier — every active account already has paid-plan support access.

Trial Support

VULK has no perpetual free tier. Every active account is on a paid plan or a 7-day paid trial (€1.99 Builder / €3.99 Pro). Trial users get full plan-tier support from day 0 — there is no "free user" tier to gate help behind.

Self-serve resources (always free)

1. Help Center

All documentation is open. Browse guides, tutorials, troubleshooting at vulk.dev/docs.

2. AI Chatbot

Instant answers 24/7 from the in-product AI assistant. Click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of the dashboard or docs site.

3. FAQ

Frequently asked questions — common issues with copy-paste fixes.

4. Status Page

Live infrastructure health: vulk.dev/status — generation, preview, deploy, mobile builds, custom domains.

5. Community Showcase

vulk.dev/showcase — 7,450+ public projects with prompts you can copy and remix.

Trial → email support

Email [email protected] with:

  • Your project ID (visible in the dashboard URL)
  • The exact prompt you ran
  • A screenshot of the error or unexpected output
  • Your browser + OS

Trial users get the same SLA as the Builder plan: 24-hour first response during business hours (Lisbon, Mon-Fri).

How to escalate a blocker

If a trial issue stops you from evaluating VULK:

  1. Reply to your support thread with [BLOCKER] in the subject line.
  2. Add a 30-second screen recording (Loom / CleanShot / OS native screencap).
  3. We re-prioritise blockers within 4 hours regardless of plan tier.

What's not in scope during trial

  • Custom infrastructure on your own AWS / GCP — we can advise but BYOK setup is Pro+.
  • White-label or private-instance configuration — Max / Business only.
  • Bulk migration of >100 existing projects — Business only.
