These rules govern participation in the VULK Affiliate Program ("Program"). By joining the Program you agree to be bound by these terms in addition to the general Terms & Conditions.
1. Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You must have a verified VULK account in good standing.
- You must not be a current or former employee of Code Ahead Lda or any of our agencies, except where pre-approved in writing.
- Self-referrals are not permitted (you cannot refer your own account).
2. Commission structure
- 20% recurring commission on every paid month a referred user remains subscribed, up to 12 months per referral.
- Commissions are calculated on the net amount Stripe transfers to us (after Stripe fees + VAT).
- Refunds and chargebacks reduce the corresponding commission to zero.
3. Attribution window
A 30-day cookie attribution window applies. The cookie vulk-paid-ref is set when a visitor lands via your affiliate link and is read at signup. Last-touch attribution: if a user clicks multiple affiliate links, the most recent one within the window is credited.
4. Prohibited promotional methods
Affiliates may not promote VULK using any of the following — engaging in any of them is grounds for immediate disqualification and forfeiture of pending commissions:
- Spam (unsolicited bulk email, SMS, DMs, comments)
- Trademark bidding on "VULK", "vulk.dev", or close misspellings on Google Ads / Bing Ads / Meta / TikTok
- Cookie stuffing, iframe injection, browser-extension forced clicks
- Cashback / loyalty rebate sites that buy users' clicks (only allowed with prior written approval)
- False or misleading claims about VULK's capabilities, pricing, or limits
- Hate speech, adult content, or any sites that breach our Terms § 7 (Acceptable use)
- Auto-redirect / forced popunder traffic
- Buying VULK gift cards or paying for someone else's subscription via your link to fake referrals
5. Payouts
- Minimum payout: €50.
- Payout cycle: monthly, on the 10th, for commissions earned in the previous calendar month, after a 30-day clearance hold for refunds and chargebacks.
- Method: Stripe Connect transfer (preferred) or PayPal (secondary).
- Affiliates outside the EU may be subject to withholding tax depending on their residence; we issue 1099-NEC / equivalent forms as required.
6. Disclosure obligations
Affiliates must disclose the affiliate relationship clearly and prominently in any promotional content (FTC, ASA, EU AVMSD, etc.). We recommend phrasing such as "I earn a commission if you sign up via my link".
7. Brand and trademark use
- You may use the VULK name and logo to identify the product. Brand assets are available on request via the contact form.
- You may not present yourself as VULK staff or imply an official partnership beyond the affiliate relationship.
- You may not register domains containing "vulk" without prior written permission.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate any affiliate account at our sole discretion, with or without cause. On termination:
- Already-cleared commissions are paid out in the next cycle.
- Pending (un-cleared) commissions may be forfeited if termination is for cause (rule violation).
- Affiliate cookies remain valid for the rest of their attribution window for existing visitors.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes (commission rate, payout cycle, attribution window) are announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.
