Do you offer refunds?+
No. All purchases are final and VULK does not provide refunds. You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals — your access continues until the end of the current billing period. This does not affect any refund rights you may have under applicable law. See /refund-policy for details.
What you get out
Do I own the code?+
Completely. Every project exports as a clean repository — push to your own GitHub, host where you want, license however you want. There is no proprietary runtime, no built-with badge, no kill switch.
Can I cancel and keep my apps running?+
Yes. Once a project is exported (or deployed to your own Cloudflare / Vercel), it has zero runtime dependency on VULK. We could vanish tomorrow and your apps keep running.
What languages and frameworks?+
Web: React + Vite, Next.js 16. Mobile: Flutter (iOS + Android + web), React Native + Expo. 3D: Three.js. E-commerce: Shopify Liquid + App + Hydrogen. Backend: PostgreSQL with REST endpoints + Prisma.
Is there a CLI?+
Yes — and an MCP server, plus a public REST API. /downloads has the full list.
How generation works
Which AI models does VULK use?+
Generation routes per phase: a fast classifier, a heavy planner (Claude Opus / Gemini Pro class), a generation model tuned for the surface, and a repair model that reads compile errors. Specific model versions change as benchmarks change; routing policy is documented at /process.
Will my prompts be used to train AI models?+
We prefer providers and routes that do not train on customer prompts where those controls are available. VULK training-data opt-out is included on Max and Business.
How accurate is the output?+
Static checks + a real Vite / Flutter build run on every generation. If validation fails, the autofixer reads the actual compile error and surgically edits the failing files, looping up to three times.
Going live
Where can I deploy?+
1-click to Cloudflare Pages, Vercel or Netlify. Multi-click to Railway / Fly.io / your own infra. Mobile builds hand off to EAS or native pipelines for App Store + Play Store.
Do you host my preview app?+
Yes — every preview runs in a Firecracker microVM on our infrastructure (eu-central-1). Previews are ephemeral; production deploys go to your account on Cloudflare / Vercel / Netlify or your own server.
How fast is the preview?+
Cold-boot a fresh microVM in under 4 seconds; subsequent reloads are HMR-fast. Generation itself depends on prompt scope, typically 30–120 seconds for a full app.
Privacy and EU
Where is my data stored?+
EU. The main PostgreSQL database is on AWS RDS eu-central-1 (Frankfurt). Application servers and the PostgreSQL databases for generated apps are hosted by Hetzner in Falkenstein, Germany. Static assets are distributed through the global Cloudflare edge over HTTPS only.
Are you GDPR compliant?+
Yes. VULK is the data controller. DPA is available on request for paid plans. Sub-processors are listed at /security and notification on change is part of the DPA.
Working together
Can my team share a workspace?+
Yes, on Team and Business plans. Invite team members, share projects, audit log on Business.
How does SSO work?+
Business plan includes SAML / OIDC SSO with your IdP (Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, JumpCloud). Provisioning via SCIM is available on Enterprise terms.
Can I get an annual invoice?+
Yes — Stripe invoices in EUR or USD, NIPC / VAT applied automatically for EU billings.
